TOP Print Quality: On large format prints, we use a service that employs some of the finest commercial equipment (Epson 9600
printer), Inks (UltraChrome-Pigment based) and Papers (Epson Premium) to create stunning posters that will last a lifetime*. With large prints,
to achieve high resolution, You need BIG files (lots of pixels). SharpShots Photography uses a minimum of 300 PPI files (Pixels Per Inch). On a
16x24photo, thats a 4800x7200 pixel file (just under 35Mb) - Most (RETAIL) printers don't accept such large files( or even 1/4 this size!), and
limit the available resolution accordingly. In plain english, this means that poster sized retail photos only look good when viewed from a large
distance. SharpShots posters look great even up close!
*Note: ALL Photo's fade when exposed to sun and air. To achieve optimal print longevity, your prints should be kept out of direct sunlight
and protected from the atmosphere by mounting them behind either UV glass, plexiglass, film laminates or spray overcoats. Pigmented Inks on
matched paper last as long (or longer) than traditional silver halide based prints and provide superior color for sports photos.
